In compliance with the requirements of the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), this Privacy Policy explains to you our online information practices and the choices you can make on how your Information is collected and used by this online platform.

2.1. Responsible party processing of your personal data and the information to be collected

For us to process your online application, we have to process your Information. 2.2 Purpose of processing of your Information

Your Information will be processed, collected, used, stored and disclosed for the purpose of the selection and recruitment processes of the Company. Particularly, we may process, collect, use, store and disclose your information for the following purposes:

  1. To assess qualifications and personal experience to determine if they meet specific job requirements in our Company;
  2. Provide and communicate with you in relation to your application for employment anytime during your candidacy for employment, announcements of future job opportunities, requests for further information or for administration purposes;
  3. Process your information in a computerized web-based database;
  4. Enforce the legal terms that govern your use of our online platform and/or for the purposes for which you provided the Information;
  5. Protect the safety of our users; and
  6. Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If your application is unsuccessful your Information will be retained for a period of one (1) year.   4. The right to erasure or blocking of your information.

  6. The right to damages.
  7. The right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
  8. The right to obtain, electronically move, copy, or transfer personal data for further use.

We will exercise reasonable care by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your Information is stored in a secure and confidential way. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to correctly use the Information we collect online. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the Information that we collect and store.

We limit access to your Information to employees who we determine to reasonably need access to your Information to process your application and perform their duties in relation to the recruitment, general human resource and employment-related matters, and to meet the purposes of collection as disclosed in this privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 1, 2022. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page. Any changes will not be retroactively applied and will not alter how we handle previously collected information.
